Commissioning/Startup Manager (Fossil & Hydro)

Job Summary:

Experienced and proven Commissioning Manager with current Combined Cycle Power Plant construction and commissioning experience. The candidate must have experience in reviewing and supporting the development of the EPC’s pre-commissioning startup procedures and schedules for all system packages.  Must be able to Coordinate and Monitor Engineering Procurement and Commissioning contractors pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup activities. Must be able to review and coordinate startup activities between Vendor Representatives, sub-contractors and technical advisors associated with the project commissioning.

Requirements:

Commissioning Experience with GE 7FA Duel Fuel Gas Turbines and GE D11 Steam Turbines.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experiences (Minimum Requirements):

Minimum 15 years direct supervision or commissioning management experience as well as Combined Cycle Power Plant Commissioning.

Minimum 15 years experience in electrical Balance of Plant Commissioning.

Ability to lead, communicate effectively and establish rapport.

Working knowledge in the operation and application of personal computers and software programs.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FERC, SERC, NERC, EPA, OSHA, etc…)

Knowledge of GE auxiliary equipment. (LCI, EX2100, Mark VI, etc…)
