Description
Manager Fax Queue incoming correspondences
Facilitation of customer requests via e-mail, fax, phone ECT.
Manage a variety of inventory reports
Update existing inventory in Wintract and or client system with in 10 days with status
Maintaining & developing client/ attorney –closing relationships
Track foreclosure sales deeds
Determine disposition of interests affecting title
Escalate complex title issues to supervisor as needed
Evaluate and process files for Indemnity situations
Coordination and confirmation of title clearance with title provider
