  • The Sr. Closer’s main responsibility is to review and approve the final HUD statements for their files. 
  • This person is ultimately responsible for making sure the files are complete as it’s their name that’s attached. 
  • Experience in escrow, title and the real estate/mortgage industry is a must.
  • The Freddie Mac account (probably don’t want to post that) will be their responsibility and they will be required to learn Freddie Mac’s “Home Steps Connect” system.  First American’s system is called Wintrack and experience with that is a big plus.
