Supervisory oversight (a team of 10 payroll coordinators) for the preparation, processing and distribution of payroll and payroll taxes across the United States.
Recommends changes in methods or procedures to improve the efficiency of the payroll function.
Liaise with outside vendors, internal customers/end users and inter-departmental leaders in an effort to continuously improve processes and procedures, align payroll strategy with departmental and company goals and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Professional Qualifications:

10+ years managing an enterprise payroll in large decentralized environment.
Experience with ADP Payroll processing, EV5 specifically, is necessary.
Strong knowledge of HR business processes and workflows.
Experience providing payroll processing oversight for multiple entities with multiple tax jurisdictions.
Strong facilitation skills.
Strong analytic and oral/written communication skills.
