CORESTAFF Services is seeking call center agents for a temporary to hire assignment at one of the largest for-profit, post-secondary education companies in North America. 

The position serves as the first point of contact for potential students.  Our goal is to create a lasting first impression and provide prospective students with a clear picture of what the schools have to offer them as individuals.  We are seeking outgoing, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy a fast paced environment and the opportunity to positively impact potential student lives. 

Responsibilities:

·    Handle a high volume of incoming calls from prospective students

·    Make outbound calls to prospective students as assigned

·    Schedule appointments for campus visits

·    Motivate and encourage prospective students

·    Able to use MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Internet Explorer

·    Adapt quickly in a changing environment

·    Data Entry

·    Adhere to established break and lunch schedule

·    Meet and maintain department performance metrics
