We are currently looking for experienced Accounting Professionals
We have 3 clients that are centrally located in Orange County that have positions that they need to fill immediate.
We have both contract and contract too hire positions.
AR Coordinator
Will be responsible for posting cash in Oracle, posting credit card payments and answering customer’s calls.
Must have at least 1 year experience in AR and cash posting and have excellent customer service skills, experience with Oracle preferred.
AP Clerk-
Communicate with vendors via phone, fax, and email. Analyze data from various sources to determine a course of action related to accounts payable and receivables. Prepare, daily, weekly monthly reports.
Requires 1 year experience in AP
Accounting Associate
Performs a variety of routine accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, trust accounting, collections, finance, payroll or other financial department.
Reconciles bank accounts, posts information and balances general or subsidiary ledgers, processes payment and compiles segments of monthly closings, annual reports, etc.
Contacts other departments, customers, and/or outside agencies to resolve problems.
Posts detailed entries to accounting records and handles routine transactions such as allotments, disbursements, payroll operations, voucher preparation and remittances and prepares standard journal and ledger entries.
