The Staff Accountant - Division of Interest (DOI) is responsible for:

Leadership role in the Division of Interest function
Provide leadership within the Division of Interest Group
Create new Division of Interest decks
Maintenance of existing Division of Interest decks
Analyze Division of Interest changes in ownership and resulting Division of Interest for accuracy, cohesiveness with JIB ownership, reasonableness, etc.
Interact with internal and external clients and contacts
Owner Suspense Account accountability
Monitor new wells and receipt of Division of Interest - Internal Reporting
Monitor interest expense on royalty payments

Legally authorized to work in the United States or to a permanent, full-time basis.
Education - Accounting Degree or Equivalent
6+ years Revenue Accounting Experience
Demonstrated ability to interact well with Management as well as internal and external contacts
Demonstrated leadership skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
CPA or MBA is a plus
