Duties:

Responding to telephone inquires from patients and referrals
Provide information and help walk in patients with their selection of equipments, supplies and services
Process phone orders/data entry
Verify insurance and/or payment
Organize, enter and process paperwork to appropriate departments
Coordinate the delivery, set-up and pick-sup of equipments, supplies and services
Maintain all patient files

Provide outstanding customer service including resolving patient complaints and identifying problems

Requirements

At least 1 year customer service experience needed; Medical field preferred
35-40 wpm typing, preferred
Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel

High school diploma or equivalent mandatory
