Escrow Support Associate ($11.00-$15.00/hour)
· Provide clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high volume paperwork.
· Communicates information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers.
· Scan, image, and microfilm escrow related documents to insure history is archived and that vital records are protected.
Escrow Assistant ($14.00-$15.42/hour)
· Provides support to Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings
· Answer the phone, greet customers, place calls and writes for various information needed for escrow closing
· Process opening orders, initial file set up, deposit and distribution of funds, written transmittals for funds and documents, handling reconveyances, preclosing maintenance and post closing follow up on assigned files
Escrow Officer ($16.00-$17.50/hour)
· Completes real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements; clearing titles; assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents; disbursing funds.
· Determines escrow requirements by studying and clarifying buyer, seller, and lender instructions.
· Obtains clear title by ordering title reports; resolving title defects; satisfying existing liens and encumbrances against property or principals.
· Establishes escrow account by depositing funds; maintaining records.
· Prepares transaction documents by completing forms and statements; collecting and reviewing existing documents.
· Completes calculations by prorating taxes and interest.
· Completes closing transaction documents by assembling documents; reviewing papers with parties; explaining provisions and procedures; answering questions; checking documents for completeness and accuracy; obtaining signatures.
· Completes closing by recording and filing documents; preparing and distributing final closing statements and title. Prepares HUD by utilizing lender instructions.
· Closes escrow account by balancing and disbursing funds.
· Complies with regulatory requirements by adhering, and enforcing adherence, to requirements.
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
· Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Commercial Evaluation Coordinator ($15.65/hour)
· Gathers information on subject properties by searching Assessors websites/telephoning offices and inputs information into report electronically
· Searches the FirstAmCES data base to ascertain whether a prior report was done on this property and if so make a copy of the report for the file.
· Enter basic information on the property into Access data base.
· Interact with requestors via email or telephone to obtain additional information needed to fulfill order.
· Order inspection from inspection company or broker (may need to order comps as well) Place completed inspections in file, attach photos electronically to report.
· Collect Assessed/Full Values for various jurisdictions to fulfill IVRs and be able to interpret various assessment ratios in some jurisdictions.
