  • Work in multi-channel support environment of phone, emails, and online live chat simultaneously.
  • Support consumers and businesses from line personnel to executive management.
  • Field, resolve and escalate moderately to very complex customer issues.
  • Handle, on average, 40-50 incoming calls daily.
  • Provide great customer service to ensure every customer feels they are important with an upbeat, professional attitude in a fast paced environment
  • Suggest creative ways to remove barriers and roadblocks hindering customers or internal execution.
  • Deescalate issues by providing solutions while maintaining professionalism, courtesy, empathy and a sense of urgency

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Desire and ability to provide a high level of quality customer service.
  • 2-5 years call center, telemarketing, mortgage, insurance claims, account management and/or vendor relations experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including internet, word, excel and outlook.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize tasks, multi-task and manage your time efficiently
