CORESTAFF has partnered with one of the largest for-profit, post-secondary education companies in North America, with more than 105,000 students at over 110 U.S. and Canadian campuses. Our campuses offer short-term diploma and/or degree programs in a variety of popular career fields.

 

We are currently looking for compassionate, caring experienced customer service call center reps. you will be working in the Default Prevention Call Center. 

You will be taking calls from students whose student loans are in default or close to being in default.  You will be explaining to them the different programs that are available to them, different payment plans and counseling them on their financial obligations and options. This is NOT A COLLECTIONS POSITION.

 

We are looking for candidates that

  • Show initiative
  • Have good job stability (no job hoppers)
  • Have good follow up and follow through skills
  • Must be flexible and a team player
  • Must have a desire to help the students

Requirements

  • Previous Call Center Experience
  • Type 50 WPM min.
  • Must be able to pass background check
  • Call Center is open from 5:00AM -7:00PM Sun – Sat must have the ability to work which ever shift is needed.
