Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Provide thorough analysis of actual materials, labor and overhead costs compared to project budgets.
• Inventory valuations, cycle counts and inventory reserve analysis.
• Weekly labor reporting.
• Prepare/review revenue recognition (percentage of completion).
• Review billing in accordance with project terms.
• Reconcile project cost system to the general ledger.
• Ensure all project cost transactions are properly recorded.
• Investigate and analyze variances and processes.
• Project cost forecasting.
• Monthly accounting as part of an administrative team.
• Special projects as required.

• Ability to communicate and work with project managers.
• Ideal candidate will be detail oriented and well organized.
• An ability to work well within a group, or independently, in a fast paced environment.
• An ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple, concurrent tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and vision to forecast and implement most successful course of action for the company in a highly competitive environment
• Detailed knowledge of project accounting.
