Electronic Assemblers

Need to be able to hand solder and perform manual placement of THT components

Read Blueprints

Hand solder SMT and THT components per specifications

Some rework experience is a plus

Use of basic hand tools

Need soldering skills that meet IPC-A-610

Perform simple repair work on PC boards

SMT Operator

Build SMT and Mixed Technology circuit board assemblies

Load feeders for equipment as needed

Perform manual placement of SMT and PIH components

Perform daily machine maintenance

Monitor the operation of work equipment to ensure assemblies are built to print and in compliance with company standards
