Education/Certification:
High school diploma/GED.
Experience:
§ Two (3) years clerical experience; previous title clerk experience preferred
§ One (1) year of experience in accounting A/P or A/R
§ Knowledge of IRS guidelines and related laws related to car sales and non-profit donations.
§ Training and/or direct experience in Excel, Access, and Microsoft Word preferred
§ Multiple phone line experience preferred

§ Ability to compose business letters, take and transcribe minutes, and type a minimum of 45 wpm

Contact with Others:
Frequent contact with outside customers and internal call center to obtain vehicle donation information including location and type as well as internal employees regarding customer information and acts as backup support for sales team.
Supervision Received:
Limited supervision received; employee generally proceeds on their own initiative in compliance of company’s policy.

Fast paced or intermittent depending on the number of donations coming in however a there is always a steady workload with customers and employees needing frequent in-person assistance.
