Houston, TX December 1, 2009 - CORESTAFF Services (www.corestaff.com) has named Heather Mayfield as Vice President of Service and Quality, overseeing nationwide recruiting, operations and new customer implementations. Mayfield assumes her new role on Tuesday, December 1. She will be based in Dallas.

Mayfield will lead CORESTAFF’s Service and Quality department, working closely with the Regional and Sector Managers to advance recruiting strategies and methodologies. She will drive the process of retaining and recruiting the best operational talent, and work on developing comprehensive virtual training programs and regulatory compliance processes.

Heather brings to CORESTAFF years of experience in the staffing and human resources arena, with broad experience in sales, recruiting, operations and training. Prior to joining CORESTAFF, Mayfield served as Vice President, Branch Operations with Snelling Staffing Services, where she was responsible for training, operations and sales for company’s franchise office and stores. She previously handled training and operations for ProActivate, CareerBuilder.com/Headhunter.net, and Pro Staff in Dallas.
