from 67 percent of their talent, significantly higher than the
industry’s average of 50 percent. Best of Staffing participants

that was nearly double the national staffing industry benchmark
for talent who had been placed in a job.
According to
recent Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) data, staffing firms
have created more new jobs since the end of the ‘Great
Recession’ than any other industry, accounting for 91% of the
total job growth. "There is still so much work to be done," said
