CORESTAFF Services understands the importance of privacy protection, and we make every effort to ensure the information you share with us through our Web sites is secure. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices for collecting, storing and using the personal information you provide through any of our websites. Through this policy, CORESTAFF Services strives to help you make well-informed decisions about the management of your personal data.

Collecting & Storing Personal Information

Personal information may be collected from those who access our websites in search of employment or for information regarding our services. To ensure quality of service there is certain information we require, such as your name, address and phone number, as well as other information such as your employment experience, skills, and educational background.

Job applicants may choose to upload their resumes into our application tracking system to be considered for employment. This could involve collecting personal work history, education and skills. The data is stored in our applicant tracking system, which is maintained in a secure data center.

Some of our temporary employees may enter their time worked each week into our online timekeeping system. In order to process payroll, CORESTAFF will need certain information, such as hours worked, personal information, and a tax ID number. This information will be used to process payroll either through CORESTAFF’s system or that of an agent of CORESTAFF. All information collected will be protected by this Privacy Policy.

CORESTAFF may also collect and analyze demographic and geographic information, such as the number of applicants in a particular city, or how many temporary employees have a certain educational background. We may from time to time report this information to marketing companies on an aggregate basis, or as required by law. We will remove any unique personal information (such as name and address) that could identify you in this demographic information.

CORESTAFF may collect anonymous information from visits to our sites through the use of "web beacons,” which do not access your personal information, but rather allows us to count users who have visited our websites. This anonymous information is sometimes known as "clickstream data." CORESTAFF or its vendors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics to help us provide better customer service. Cookies, which are packets of information sent from a Web server to a Web browser, are created for users who log in to our websites. The cookies do not store personal information beyond a user’s name and email address, and are removed when the user leaves the site.

The information in our Request for Information form is collected from users who are interested in the services CORESTAFF provides to employers. The information is received by an appropriate party who will follow up on the request.

Other Ways We Collect User Information

CORESTAFF uses Web usage tracking software to log the IP address of each individual user. This information is used only to determine Web site usage, and at no time is there any attempt to associate these IP addresses with personally identifiable information such as names and addresses.

Candidates have the ability to set up job search agents that will notify them via an email message when a job is posted matching their search criteria. Candidates who wish to no longer receive emails from this job search agent must login to the member section of our site and click on the Disable Job Agent link.

Opt In / Opt Out

You have the choice at any time to refrain from providing personal information to CORESTAFF. Please understand, however, that your choice not to provide certain information (such as educational background, etc.) may limit or prevent CORESTAFF from providing services to you.

CORESTAFF collects the type of data viewed by some countries as "sensitive," such as information required to provide health-care benefits. This collection of data is either compatible with employment law or is important to our employees. In order to comply with statutes, rules and regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunities, or to assist us in compiling data for its affirmative action practices, we may also ask you to provide gender or racial information. This provision of this type of information will be voluntary, unless it is required by law, and will not hinder your employment opportunities. When collecting sensitive information, we will ask you to provide your consent to collect, store, and in some cases, transfer this data to third parties including payroll service companies, health insurance organizations, or government agencies as required by law.

CORESTAFF sometimes communicates with candidates through email messages when job opportunities are available that match their skills. If at any time you want to discontinue receipt of these emails simply reply with a message that communicates your wishes.

Does CORESTAFF Share Your Private Information?

CORESTAFF does not disclose any of your personal information gathered from our websites to persons outside of our company with the following exception: personal information is shared with customers of CORESTAFF who are interested in filling job positions that match the qualifications found on a user’s resume. Personal contact information (such as your name and address) is excluded from the resume before it is shared with the interested party.

Access to the data that is collected through our websites is limited to authorized CORESTAFF staff employees and companies that provide services (such as computer support) to CORESTAFF. The information in our web database is reviewed every six months, and records inactive for 18 months are removed.

CORESTAFF is part of Impellam Group, a publicly traded company headquartered in the United Kingdom. Because of this, your personal information may be transmitted to, shared with, stored by, and processed by other Impellam Group companies, whether here in the United States or in other countries where Impellam Group has operations. All other Impellam Group operations are governed by the same general privacy principles and security practices as CORESTAFF.

For our employees, we occasionally use other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as health-care benefits, and by providing that information you consent to the disclosure of that information to these companies. We may also send your personal data to marketing companies who will then contact you to determine your feedback and satisfaction with our services. These companies may also send you information on our services.

CORESTAFF makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of your records. We do not alter your information before sharing it with third parties, except to remove any personal contact information.

You may contact us at any time to review the accuracy of the personal information, and if you find any errors, you have the responsibility to notify us so that we may have the correct information. It is your responsibility to keep your records with CORESTAFF updated by logging in to the member section of our websites and making changes to your personal information when necessary, or, when necessary, notifying us by e-mail at the address in this policy.

We will do our best to respond to all reasonable requests to update your data in a timely manner. Please note that the sensitive nature of our business may limit our ability to provide access to certain records if doing so may be unduly burdensome, infringes on the rights of others, or is prohibited by law.
