Access to the data that is collected through SearchLines is limited to authorized CORESTAFF staff employees and the service company’s technical team. The information in our SearchLines database is reviewed every six months, and records inactive for 18 months are removed. Cookies, which are packets of information sent from a Web server to a Web browser, are created for users who log in to SearchLines. The cookies from this server do not store personal information beyond a user’s name and email address, and are removed when the user leaves the site. The information in our Request for Information form is collected from users who are interested in the services CORESTAFF provides to employers. Opt In / Opt Out CORESTAFF sometimes communicates with candidates through email messages when job opportunities are available that match their skills. If at any time you want to discontinue receipt of these emails simply reply with a message that communicates your wishes. If a candidate wants to cancel a job search agent they must login to the member section of the SearchLines site and click on the Disable Job Agent link. Does CORESTAFF Share Your Private Information? CORESTAFF does not disclose any of your personal information gathered from our Web site to persons outside of our company with the following exception: personal information is shared with customers of CORESTAFF who are interested in filling job positions that match the qualifications found on a user’s resume. Personal contact information is excluded from the resume before it is shared with the interested party.
