Client Services Rep / Call Center Rep
7 Positions Starting January 2nd, 2020!
Our client, Empower Retirement, is seeking seven Client Service Representatives to support their annual client employee census project. This is a one-month temporary project.
Answer inbound calls and provide customer support.
Assist Empower clients with their annual employee reporting data.
Manipulating and editing Excel spreadsheets and reporting.
Previous retirement industry experience preferred.
Proven customer service skills.
Proficiency in Excel.
Attention to detail.
Availability to work for the month of January 2020 during standard business hours.
