Customer Service/Call Center
Monday - Friday (8 hour shifts)
6 month position; paying $14.70 per hour.
Duties include answering inbound calls and responding to emails from client producers related to licensing appointment and compensation inquiries. Representatives provide professional and efficient customer service, ensuring accuracy and effective follow through while meeting quality and productivity expectations
- 1-3 years of general customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates aptitude for learning new systems and processes
- Customer service and/or financial services experience preferred
- Basic skills in MS Word and Outlook as well as using multiple software applications preferred
- A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
- Possesses a bias for action and avoids workplace distractions
- Drives performance targets to completion
