3 month assignment
The person in this role will primarily be involved with data research and mining in our SAP financial system
working closely with our vendors and financial colleagues to resolve and track down issues within our financial
system working with our managerial secretary team in multiple locations to insure timely payments and
communication with vendors.
The ideal candidate will have some accounting education and corporate purchasing background working with
ORACLE or SAP financial systems. Excellent computer skills with Google Suites (email, Sheets, Docs,
Hangouts, etc) and Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, etc) and keyboarding proficiency greater than 60 WPM.
Excellent organizational skills and professionalism in communicating with others is required.
People who are detail-oriented and like working in a fast-paced, demanding team environment will thrive in this
Excellent management skills including planning, organizing, decision making, motivating and leading with a high
degree of interpersonal skills. Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information.
This role is a temporary position and not leading to permanent employment. Position may last for 3 months or
longer depending on need.
College degree in accounting or data research preferred but not required.
Experience as a purchasing specialist or managerial assistant working with purchasing a plus. Training will be provided to qualified candidate
