Temp to hire - 8a-5p Monday - Friday
Chicago area - $15.50/hr
- Answer phones and greet customers/visitors
- Back up phone coverage for Admin Assts - detailed message taking
- Keep client phone directory current
- Schedule conference rooms - set up lunch meetings with catering etc...
- Mail distribution and logging
- Assist with mass mailings
- Word and Excel computer skills needed
