Administrative Assistant

$18/ hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 2 hours a week
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide support to the General Manager as well as his direct reports. Help support the leaders in their daily schedules and important tasks at hand (occasionally including project work), as well as make sure the office operations run smoothly. This position serves on the SLT and plays a key role in their success

  • Prepare expenses utilizing Concur
  • Book travel (flights, cars, hotels) for General Manager and other team members as needed through Concur
  • Book meetings and coordinate schedules globally to avoid any conflicts via Outlook
  • Prepare/edit reports or documents given by the SLT in a professional manner
  • Complete tasks without reminders or continuous guidance
  • Manage General Manger’s calendar and meeting changes, occasionally assist with email management
  • Arrange, order, set up & breakdown catering (breakfast or lunch) for onsite meetings
  • Always ensure strict confidentiality for necessary information
  • Arrange offsite celebrations for local Golf Pride team (location, time, payment coordination)
  • Support Human Resource's tasks as directed by General Manager
  • Update and manage local content messaging at the Global Innovation Center
  • Prep and prepare content for All Employee Meetings
  • Support coordination of larger meeting/workshops for GIC team members
  • Point of contact between Pinehurst Resort and Golf Pride around hotel accommodations, meeting arrangements and golf
  • Arrange interview schedules and travel arrangements, working closely with hiring manager and HR
  • Assist GIC team with needs as they come up, ranging from interview scheduling to office management items

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have experience in MS office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Project management experience and the ability to take on challenging tasks related to the Direct to Consumer venture is preferred
  • Golf knowledge or experience to better answer calls or understand direction within projects preferred
  • Experience with presentation consolidation and logistics to be able to assist and edit monthly presentations between Golf Pride & Hydraulics preferred
