Pay: $30 – $32/hr DOE

Contract Length: 6 months with possible conversion

Hours: 8:00AM – 5:00PM with some flexibility

Job Description

This is a full-time position that manages and assists with the processing of daily order entries of new and processing requests online. Manages and maintains all purchase orders for non-tech, networking, certifications, licenses, equipment, etc. Enters purchase orders for items that are specific to major builds, and reviews them with respective sourcing managers before submission. Maintains a daily report for all orders handled for tracking, maintains a spreadsheet report for all supplier contacts, and assist with other reports as needed. Manages, maintains, and counts inventory for the storage room. Receives orders and informs respective recipients of the order of the state of the order. Manages the sourcing SharePoint for the team, and ensures all contract documentation with each supplier is up-to-date. Works in daily interaction with multiple teams to ensure alignment in communication and engagement goals. Completes special projects as assigned. May be asked to lift up to 20 lbs.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA or BS in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Must have intermediate proficiency in Excel.
  • 2+ years of previous experience working with Coupa.
  • 2+ years of previous experience working in a similar position.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrates the ability to assess situations and change directions based on priorities.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong planning, organizing, coordinating skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative and positive proactive mindset.
  • Works independently and with a group of peers.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with purchasing and purchasing systems.
  • Previous experience working with Agile PLM.
  • Ability to track budgets in Excel.
