Customer Service Office Support Role
Wonderful client in the Fort Meyer area of Florida Support Role is looking for an associate who will be able to provide administrative support for the RES inquiry team in the Fort Myers office (remote for now). Responsibilities will include email box monitoring, service request creation, and routing of requests. The hours are 8-5pm but there may be the opportunity to adjust those hours (to 7-4 or 9-6). Individual will manage a shared email box and enter information into a database that tracks interactions between the company and its clients. Some responsibilities will also require the individual to route e-mails and tickets.
They will be interacting with sales, clients, RES associates and analysts.
- Typing skills— 50 WPM
- Detail oriented;
- Proofreading; accurate work;
- Strong communication skills;
- data entry skills;
- 4 year college degree required
