Operations Support Coordinator

Location: Carson CA

Pay rate: $25/hr

Duration: 6 month contract

Position Objective

The Operation Support Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting daily operations between PMNA’s various departments. The position requires working closely in both verbal and written format with multiple facets of the organization to ensure a smooth daily operations and provide a positive customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generate and optimize monthly KPI reports
  • Generate weekly part sales reports in SAP for inventory replenishment
  • Assist with support truck inventory logistics and maintenance programs
  • Primary contact with Porsches customs and trade compliance department for clearance of inbound and outbound international shipments
  • Analyze obsolete inventory and implement special sales programs
  • Provide spare parts quotations to customers
  • Process customer payments for spare parts and service sales
  • Organize BOM boxes for engine and gearbox services in workshop
  • Transferring of spare parts between internal storage locations with PMNA using SAP
  • Assistant support change management process between PMNA & PAG
  • New vendor set up in procurement management in Zikes
  • New customer set up in customer account maintenance in SAP
  • Assist accounting with intercompany parts invoice processing
  • Maintain workshop file storage on the company share drive
  • Responsible for workshop Engine and gearbox scheduling after project approved
  • Assist with check in/check out processes for workshop projects
  • Record and maintain all workshop time keeping processes daily
  • Produce reports for measurable‘s in the workshop
  • Create product parts list merging historic records to updated available parts list

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA or BS with concentration in Business Administration
  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience and motorsport business operations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to operate independently
  • Confidence in affable
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality and integrity
  • Teamwork ability to positively interact with all levels of the organization
