Email Chat / Online Customer Service
Our client, Empower Retirement, is seeking a contract Email/Chat Representatives for their Participant Services team. This team supports plan participants with online communication. If you are interested in an entry-level opportunity within the retirement services industry, please apply.
Job Description:

Provides written responses to participant emails, website chat requests, and/or requests for custom letters.

Provide timely communication and customer support.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent work experience.

Two years customer service experience.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Previous database experience a plus.

Proven communication skills both verbal and written.
