Administrative Assistant ~ Orlando FL ~
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm $18.50 to $20 per hour!!!
- The successful candidate will use Word, PowerPoint, Excel to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas and minutes.
- Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail.
- Maintains files and calendars. Responsible for arranging business travel, coordinating meeting arrangements, and tracking expenses.
- 5+ years' experience
