Supply Chain Analyst

Pay: $22 - $24/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Job Description

This is a full-time remote position that is responsible for the development of an auditing system for inbound non-inventory inbound, and what to do when expectations are not met, and account for complexities of rejecting regulated inventory. Develops a compliance system that clearly tells associates what to look for in regulated inventory ensure they are compliant, what to do if the product is not compliant. Creates compliance processes for current state, expectations, tenets, and so forth. Develops RFP/RFQ approach, standards, expectations, PO nomenclature standards for regulated products. Creates category management mechanism for safety supplies such as templates, formats, communication needs/standards. Changes management template/process for handling safety supplies. Works remotely with a team. Completes other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• BA or BS in a related field.
• MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must have previous experience in Procurement and Supply Chain positions.
• Must be able to work comfortably with stakeholders.
• Must have the ability to work in ambiguity.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be highly analytical with attention to detail.
• Must understand process and information flow.
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy environment.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to assess situations and change directions based on priorities.
• Strong planning, organizing, coordinating skills.
