This is a full-time position that oversees the identifying and resolving issues related to employee documentation and verification. Identifies issues with internal identification and addresses minor issues. Corrects issues with employee documentation, addressing minor issues. Reports incidents, non-standard documents, and loss of progress immediately to the identity verifier for assistance. Escalates internal identification errors and any loss of progress immediately to the verification manager. Identifies employees without internal identification and provide alias data to the specialists for internal identification creation. Resolve employee identification after employee verification is completed; record the documents used on the appropriate trackers. Works daily with a team in a fast-paced environment. Completes special projects as assigned.
