
Title: Support Specialist
Pay Rate: $23.86/HR
3 Month Contract (with possibility of extension)
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED
- Identify issues with employee documentation, addressing minor issues on the spot; report incidents, non-standard documents, and loss of progress immediately to the identity verifier and in the Operations Room for assistance
- Resolve employee SIMs after employee verification is completed; record the documents used on the Identity Verification Tracker
- Identify issues with SIM and address minor issues on the spot; escalate SIM errors and any loss of progress immediately to the Identity Verifier Manager
- Identify employees without a SIM and provide alias data to the SIM Specialists for SIM creation
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 2+ years supporting customers (handling customer service, contact channels, or similar)
PERFERRED SKILLS
- Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Able to track high volume activity with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
