Job Details:

  • Important – Training for this position will be around 8am- 5pm at Portland Service Center.
  • Once training is complete this work hours will be 6:30am – 3pm
  • This position will be a rover, providing back up coverage for multiple locations.
  • Mileage will be reimbursed.
  • Location coverage includes the list below but will be mostly focused on the southern region (Wilsonville, Salem).
  • Candidates need to be comfortable traveling to any location
    • Beaverton
    • Hillsboro
    • Portland
    • Gresham
    • Wilsonville
  • Various Administrative responsibilities including; recording meeting minutes, PO creation, expense report creation, ordering office supplies, MS Outlook calendaring, update phone lists, taking meeting notes, etc.


  • Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
  • Needs to know how to type, file, operate equipment, office procedures/practices.

For example:

  • Accounting/Finance Clerk - Compiles and analyzes data, does corporate receivables/bill receivables.
  • Office Assistant - Dispenses supplies and maintains inventory, types correspondence and reports, recommendations for action by supervisor, distributes interdepartmental mail, collects information, answers inquiries. Produces documents using appropriate resources and technology.


  • Typically an entry-level position requiring 0 to 2 years of related experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point), People Soft, DMS, Access data base, relational data bases and other software applications specific to the functional business area. Word (Mail Merge, Footnotes, Math/Columns) Excel (Basic formulas)
  • Basic knowledge of office administrative procedures and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and highly organized.
  • Computer applications.
