Operational Change Management Consultant
Corestaff Services is hiring for our client in west Houston! We are seeking an experienced OCM Consultant for a minimum one year contract position with the potential to become a permanent employee directly with the company.
Pay range: $53-$66/hr.
This position will have flexibility to work remotely and in the office.
The Sr. Consultant, Organizational Change, under the direction of the Director, Organizational Development, will be responsible for working collaboratively with business unit stakeholders, implementation partners, and project management resources to lead organizational change management and learning activities for the organization. The primary focus will be working with business process owners and project teams to create and implement change management plans that minimize associate resistance and drive faster adoption of changes.
Education and Experience requirements:
Requires a bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of broad business experience, or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certification in Change Management preferred (PROSCI, etc.)

The associate is occasionally required to travel to other sites, including out-of-state, where applicable, for business. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While the job is generally performed in an office environment, the associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, areas in which moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals are present, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the office environment is typically quiet, but the associate may be occasionally exposed to loud noise levels. Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 20% of the time and on a domestic basis).
