Administrative Specialist II in Florence SC!!
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm ~ $20.45 per hour!!
Do you have SAP experience for navigation/data entry? Problem solving skills? Skills in Excel spreadsheet?
- Will utilize Word, PowerPoint, Excel to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes.
- Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail.
- Maintains files and calendars.
- Responsible for arranging business travel, coordinating meeting arrangements, and tracking expenses.
- 5+ years' experience necessary
