About the Role:
The Senior Quality Inspector is a key role within our organization and is the primary focal for ensuring that we continue to develop a strong culture of quality within our business, including both our Miami and Dallas locations. The position is responsible for ensuring compliance with our AS9100 certification and seeks out opportunities to ensure consistency in the high quality of the products and services that we provide. In addition to working with our Operations and Purchasing teams, this role interacts with all functions in the business, including our leadership team, to meet or exceed our quality objectives. From product inspection to oversight of production processes and interaction with our customers this is truly a wholistic role.
• Position is based out of our Miami, FL location
• Our Senior Quality Inspector:
o Manages the execution of Quality Assurance objectives for both our Miami and Dallas locations
o Inspects products to validate compliance with specifications
o Audits business processes, ensuring quality standards are met
o Provides oversight for quality improvement processes to ensure on-going reductions in Quality escapes
o Coordinates and documents Corrective and Preventative Actions
o Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
o Maintains records including calibration and training logs
o Maintain detailed information for assessing quality performance
o Conducts First Article Inspections
o Lead and manage actions to comply with AS9100 certifications

• Effective communicator
• Strong attention to detail
• Fluent in Microsoft Excel
• Experienced with ERP systems
• High school education or equivalent experience
• >4 years of experience in an AS9100 certified manufacturing environment
• Certified Quality Inspector preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
