Customer Service/Administrative Support role in Cary, NC!!!
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm $17.05 per hour!!!

Our client, a Utility giant, is looking for someone who will monitor several queues for lighting work, which includes but is not limited to lighting repair and underground replacement work.

  • Provide customer communication and owns the customer experience to ensure that the customer has a positive interaction with their request.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Computer experience required. Maximo and SAP experience preferred, but not required.
  • Worker will monitor Maximo queries for work, create repair orders, monitor SS9 for dispatch order and reassign as needed
  • Will provide administrative support where needed.
